I’m planning an event/party, how can I reach out to Magic & Talent Entertainment?
There are various ways to reach out to us. We are contactable mainly through email, whatsapp, phone call and meet up!
We will respond to email within 12 working hours (normally within 1 – 3 hours during office hours)
Office Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm Mon to Fri
Free consultation at our office is available during office hours. Simply call / whatsapp / email us for an appointment! For meet up outside of our office or out of office hours, it will be chargeable at RM50 per trip within Klang Valley

Are Magic & Talent Entertainment's rates negotiable?
-All of our price rates are strictly fixed and non-negotiable.
Does Magic & Talent Entertainment provide service to other state out of klang valley or oversea?
-Yes, of course! But transportation and accommodation surcharge is applicable for outstation or oversea event depend on location.
Direct Client vs Agency
I’m a Direct Client. Should I engage Magic & Talent Entertainment’s services directly, or should I go through an Events Agency?
-Both methods are acceptable, BUT Direct Client are always encouraged to engage Magic & Talent Entertainment via their Events Agency who is managing their Event.
-Your Events Agency acts as a filter, attending to your question and queries relating to Magic & Talent Entertainment and also attending to Magic & Talent Entertainment technical needs and other requirements.
I’m a Direct Client. Will it be cheaper if I engage Magic & Talent Entertainment directly instead of going through an Event Agency?
-Not necessarily. Magic & Talent Entertainment practises a fixed rate for Direct Clients and a fixed rate for Event Agencies.
What if I’m managing the Event ourselves, with no Event Agency handling our events?
-You can always get in touch with us directly.
I’m an Event Agency. So is there any special rate for us?
-We always offer a fixed rate for Direct Clients and a fixed rate for Event Agencies. Please kindly contact us for Event Agency’s price rate!
Availability & Confirmation
How do I go about checking Magic & Talent Entertainment’s availability?
-You can get in touch with us, via Phone Call, Email or Whatsapp
Can I request to book/block/reserve Magic & Talent Entertainment’s date(s) pending confirmation from my Clients/Management?
-Magic & Talent Entertainment only work on first come, first served basis.
I’ve dropped Magic & Talent Entertainment an enquiry to book/block your date for my event. Does that mean it’s confirmed?
-No, all enquiries are regarded as a pending enquiry, until you signed us the quotation & make 50% deposit for booking and we reverts to inform that the date has been locked in to you for your event.
Can I confirm Magic & Talent Entertainment services for my event via a phone call/text message/whatsapp message/facebook message?
-Confirmations can only be communicated via Email / Whatsapp (Due to black & white purpose)
-An engagement is only deemed conclusive when Magic & Talent reverts via Email/Whatsapp to inform that the said date has been locked in to you.
